Did you notice the two different color tarps in
which the mansion was wrapped?
There were several of these during this
time... the first was damaged during a winter storm,
and when Tchertkoff
returned, a second one was in it's place...
He stands in disbelief that money
was spent on a new tarp instead of investing
it on the renovation of the
building!
